Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Orders are usually arrive within 9-14 business days after placing the order.(West Malaysia)

9-21 business days(East Malaysia & Singapore)

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once shipped, customer will get a WhatsApp message that includes a tracking number and additional information regarding tracking your order.

Q: How do I make changes to an existing order?
A: Changes to an existing order can be made as long as the order is still in “processing” status. Please contact our team via WhatsApp and we’ll make sure to apply the needed changes. If customer order has already been shipped, we cannot apply any changes to it. If customer are unhappy with your order when it arrives, please contact us for any changes you may require.

Q: Does international shipping available?
A: Yes, we do! We can arrange international shipping, but you have to pay for the international postage.

Q: Can I exchange if size not correct?
A: Yes, if we send wrong size to you, you can get a free exchange. If customer provide a wrong size to us, you have to pay for the exchange fee.

Q: What’s the return policy?
A: We allow the return of all items within 7 days of your original order’s arrival date. If you’re interested in returning your items, please WhatsApp us with your order number and we’ll ship a return label.

The returned products should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition as received. If products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Shopz Zone will also not be responsible if customer shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the products, customer will received their refund within 2 days after the confirmation.
